Palmer has been practicing franchise law since 1987. A graduate of Babson College and Suffolk University Law School, Palmer is the founder and managing partner of PalmerSohmer, LLP, which he leads with partner Alec Sohmer. Palmer created the “Seven Pillars of Successful Franchising” concept which outlines the crucial elements needed for franchising success, from his experience with over 400 small and mid-sized firms and more than 40 successful franchises.
